highly experienced and professional Delivery Riders

to join our team and represent our brand on the road.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver food orders accurately and promptly to customers across assigned delivery zones. Ensure safe handling of food packages and maintain product quality during delivery. Follow assigned delivery routes and company delivery protocols. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and adhere to all traffic and safety regulations. Provide polite and professional customer interactions at all times. Report any delivery issues, customer complaints, or route delays to the outlet manager.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of delivery experience

in the UAE (preferably with restaurants or aggregators such as Talabat, Deliveroo, or Careem). Valid

UAE Motorcycle License (Category 1)

- mandatory. Strong knowledge of Dubai roads and navigation applications (Google Maps / Waze). Basic communication in

English and Hindi

. Must be disciplined, reliable, and customer-oriented. Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts (including weekends and evenings). Preference will be given to candidates with

their own bike

.
