Motorcycle Rider -- Construction Site Scout (Dubai)
Company Green Land Diamond is hiring a motorcycle rider to patrol the city daily and inspect construction sites, collecting a complete list of buildings under construction.
Responsibilities
Ride through assigned areas and inspect building sites zone by zone.
For each site, complete the visit form and extract required information (project name, address, stage, contractor, notes, photos if requested).
Submit daily report with all completed visit forms.
Payment structure (paid per building visited)
Minimum daily target: 20 completed visit forms. Payment 5 AED per building.
If 30 buildings completed in one day: 6 AED per building.
If 40 or more buildings completed in one day: 7 AED per building.
Payment is based only on properly completed visit forms.
Requirements
Valid UAE driving license and motorcycle owned at candidate's expense.
Own motorcycle and helmet.
Reliable smartphone for forms and photo uploads.
Honest, punctual, able to work independently and follow routes.
Basic Arabic or English for filling forms.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 48 - 50 per week
