Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver products to customers in a timely manner
Follow the assigned delivery schedule and route efficiently
Ensure the safety and security of goods during transit
Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures as needed
Maintain communication with dispatchers or supervisors
Perform routine checks on the bike to ensure it is in good working condition
Adhere to UAE traffic rules and safety guidelines at all times
Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
Maintain delivery records and submit daily reports when required
Requirements:
Valid UAE motorcycle driving license (Category 1)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery rider (preferred)
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
Ability to use GPS and mobile delivery applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented
