The Bike Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, food, or packages to customers using a bicycle or motorbike. This role requires strong navigation skills, time management, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver items to customers at designated locations.
Follow assigned routes or use navigation apps to ensure timely deliveries.
Handle products with care to avoid damage during transport.
Verify orders before delivery and confirm receipt with customers.
Maintain the bike/motorbike in good condition and report any issues.
Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines at all times.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid driving license (if using a motorbike).
Familiarity with GPS or navigation apps.
Good physical stamina and ability to ride for long durations.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Basic communication skills for customer interaction.
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to safety.
Work Environment:
Outdoor, with varying weather conditions.
Flexible schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience as a delivery rider, courier, or in a customer-facing role is a plus.
