33 Cafe is looking for a reliable and energetic Delivery Rider to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that food and beverages are delivered safely and promptly to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver orders from 33 Cafe to customers on time.
Ensure all orders are handled with care and delivered in perfect condition.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter).
Communicate effectively with the cafe team regarding delivery times and issues.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Valid UAE motorcycle license (for riders).
Proven experience as a delivery rider preferred.
Knowledge of local routes and areas.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
Customer service-oriented and reliable.
