Croud is a digital marketing agency with a unique business model, recently named Campaign's Global Performance Marketing Agency of the Year. We are looking for an experienced Biddable professional who is passionate about digital marketing, and in particular PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic Display.
The overall purpose of this role is to lead the planning, activation and optimisation of Biddable campaigns for key clients. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of Biddable scopes for our clients, using both internal resource and our network of specialists, in order to achieve client business objectives and targets. You will be responsible for the effective implementation of client Account Development Plans (ADPs) in order to achieve client’s annual business objectives and targets. You will also be responsible for ensuring excellent cross channel workflows.
We are looking for an articulate individual who lives and breathes biddable media to develop client’s digital media strategy.
In depth industry experience is a must for this role along with the willingness to continue to learn new techniques and the latest developments. As the biddable media space changes so frequently, a close relationship with all industry movements is a must, plus the ability to forecast based on changes to the landscape and the strategy in question.
The successful candidate will also be someone who understands the position of paid media in the wider digital ecosystem. This role will incorporate a number of digital disciplines, so the ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to expand their knowledge of digital marketing and play a key role within Croud’s cross-channel media planning and campaign activation. RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will support on-going account execution across the aligned client portfolio. This will include, but is not limited to:
Having active involvement in client Biddable strategy ideation & implementation, working closely with aligned teams
Driving the creation & implementation of account development plans and strategy across your client portfolio in order to sustain and grow client performance
Owning client performance management activities across the team, including optimisation activities, innovation towards client performance, daily checks and best practise processes
Taking ownership of client budget management, adopting Croud's in-house processes to ensure that there are no instances of clients over/underspending or dropping offline across your portfolio due to budget management issues
Supporting Account Executives in their training & development, working closely with your line manager
Supporting aligned Account Executives with data collation and analysis for client reporting purposes. Writing and communicating reporting summaries and executive summaries to a high standard
Completing data analysis to spot trends, patterns, challenges and successes using the support of the Croudie network. Identifying and troubleshooting anomalies within data and taking well planned corrective action
Delivery of first class client services & communications across your client portfolio and also within the wider business
Day to day campaign management and optimisation of paid search, paid social and display/programmatic platforms and technologies
Working as part of the new business team on responses to briefs, and, when required, attending pitches
Forecasting for existing clients and new business
Being an advocate for biddable media, staying up to date on the latest innovations and demonstrating passion for test and learn / thought leadership
Planning and running client weekly calls and QBRs ensuring excellent, 100% accurate reporting and data and high quality presentation materials
Demonstrating passion to collaborate and share knowledge / learnings with other biddable experts
Providing comprehensive and in depth QA of all outputs from self and rest of the team
Actively driving third-party relationships to ensure Croud’s clients have access to the latest products, technology and betas
Working closely with other colleagues and teams to maximise performance and efficiency

Key Stakeholders: as above plus Heads Of for PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic
Other stakeholders: Sales & Marketing team, Client Strategy team
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Degree level education or equivalent / relevant work experience Proven working knowledge on one channel is essential, two channels is also preferred but not essential (Paid Search/PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic Display.)
Demonstarble experience within Biddable Media, ideally in a PPC, Paid Social and/or Programmatic Display specific role
Strong interest in / passion for digital marketing
Demonstrable experience in creating biddable strategies and presenting
Experience in media planning
Strong Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint, plus Google slides
An analytical mind with a proficiency in forecasting
A proven track record of delivering excellent client service and working to and meeting deadlines
Proven time management skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to monitor trends and recognise key areas for focus
Highly organised and an ability to multitask
Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
Experience of working in teams to meet a common goal
TRAVEL
This role will require travel to other Croud offices and to meet with clients/suppliers
