Job Description

Overall Purpose of the role The role includes but is not limited to leading, monitoring and administering Contracts Management (organizational, external or internal related to projects), Contracts Administration, Tender Management, Project Commercial Management, Variations and Claims Management, supporting Bid Management. A well-managed contract administration is vital to the smooth and effective execution of projects & to ensure the maximization of the operational and financial performance. Expectations & Responsibilities related to your role
  • Manage virtual bid teams, subconsultants, and specialists required for each and every bid with the inputs from a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying required scopes for each project, approaching relevant subconsultants to obtain their fees, manage the fees and calculations.
  • Prepares and reviews commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
  • Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
  • Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation
  • Help set and manage the bid budget.
  • Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.
  • Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award.
  • Ability to contact competition platforms for entry in competitions.
1. REPORTING \xe2\x80\x93 FOLLOW UPS
  • Assigns and delivers within BIDs deadlines. Reviews the work of more junior team members to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Uses the company file naming and information filing standards and follow quality standards in overall work. Reviews and challenges information received from sub-consultants and third parties to ensure quality compliance. Maintains an updated and accurate BIDs plan.
  • Ensures to performs checks / package before presenting for review/releasing
  • Strong understanding of building construction, codes and regulations, and obligations of BID Manager.
  • Estimates resources required and matches personnel effectively with the task requirements. Ensures there is consistency among tasks, timing, cost and responsibilities.
Education and Training \xc2\xb7 Degree educated \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture/Engineering \xc2\xb7 Excellent communications skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent skills - Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office \xc2\xb7 Excellent command of written and spoken English \xc2\xb7 Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues. Experience \xc2\xb7 Previous experience in an office environment leading a small team \xc2\xb7 Commercial management experience \xc2\xb7 Proven experience managing stakeholders including client relations \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in project / stage reporting \xc2\xb7 Industry Experience \xe2\x80\x93 in innovative practices locally or internationally or reputable local practices \xc2\xb7 Years worked following graduation \xe2\x80\x93 minimum 7 years Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
