We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Bid Manager for the Middle East region (MEA), to join a Dubai based architecture & design practice who have successfully designed and completed many luxury residential and hotel projects across the MEA region.

Job responsibilities of the Bid Manager, Middle East region
As part of the company business development team, the role of the Bid Manager will be to work alongside internal and external stakeholders and focus on the winning new design work projects in the middle east region.
Your role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:
200,000 - 300,000 UAE Dirham

Job responsibilities of the Bid Manager, Middle East region
As part of the company business development team, the role of the Bid Manager will be to work alongside internal and external stakeholders and focus on the winning new design work projects in the middle east region.
Your role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Creating and managing winning Middle Eastern bid process strategies and ensuring excellence from opportunity identification to delivery
- Assessing client requirements and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that bid responses are tailored, high-quality, and submitted on time
- Driving collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, including supply chain partners and design teams
- Designing and implementing bidding best practices, including our approach to win strategy, the bidding process and the centralised knowledge library
- Working with other bid specialists as a community of practice to improve the standard and effectiveness of written responses and shared best practice
- Managing the upcoming submissions pipeline
- Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage but not essential
- Be an expert in Bid Management / Business Development from the middle east territory, with demonstrated success in establishing and reinforcing best practices
- Excellent contacts in Dubai from the property sector, such as hotel groups, property development company etc
- In-depth knowledge of construction and design, Design & Build, RFPs and design competitions
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple bids
- Great writing and editing skills
