Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting Specialist fluent in Arabic, with 4-6 years of experience in analytics, data visualization, and reporting. The candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools, with a background in working within government or environmental sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.

- Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, KPIs, and performance metrics.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs.

- Automate recurring reports and optimize performance of BI solutions.

- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting best practices.

- Work with data engineers and analysts to ensure alignment between data sources and reporting needs.

Requirements:- 4-6 years of professional experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics roles.

- Proven expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

- Strong experience in designing dashboards, visual reports, and data storytelling.

- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.

- Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration.

- Experience working in or with government or environmental sectors is a strong advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and KPI development.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
