We are seeking a

BI/ Analytics Engineer

to design and build a low-latency, hot-updatable, real-time risk control engine that safeguards trading at scale.

Mission

Build reusable data models, establish a self-service analytics framework, and deliver Quick BI dashboards to empower data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Modeling - Design and optimize analytical models on Hologres (or equivalent data warehouses) to support business reporting. Dashboard Development - Build and deliver interactive dashboards on Quick BI / Power BI / Tableau, ensuring scalability and usability. Data Services - Provide business-facing data services to enable teams to access and consume trusted data assets. Operations & Enablement - Maintain BI platforms, support daily business analysis needs, and train/enable stakeholders for self-service analytics.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in BI development and analytics engineering. Proficiency in Quick BI / Power BI / Tableau, with hands-on modeling experience in Hologres/PostgreSQL (or equivalent). Strong SQL skills with the ability to translate business needs into analytical models and visualizations. Experience in performance optimization for BI queries and dashboards. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner with business teams and drive adoption.
