Myticas Consulting is looking to biring aboard multiple Technical Recruiters to support IT talent acquisition efforts for our large client pool throughout Canada and the United States. The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting IT personnel (or some form recruitment experience in general) for private and public sectors. The Technical Recruiter will report to the account executive and conduct recruiting as assigned to identify and evaluate potential candidates for net new and ongoing requirements. Qualifications:
Ideally, pervious IT recruitment experience primarily for positions such as, but not limited to, Full Stack Developers, Cloud Developers/Architects, DevOps Engineer, Software Architects, Project Managers, Network Engineers, BSA's, etc... - both contract and full-time positions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience or knowledge of utiliting sourcing technologies to help fill candidate pipelines (social media networks, job boards, career fairs, internal database, etc...).
