The job purpose of a Solution Architect is to design comprehensive, scalable, and efficient solutions that address complex business challenges and align with an organization\'s strategic goals and technical requirements. It plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Their primary objective is to create a blueprint for systems, applications, and technology infrastructure that ensures the successful delivery of projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, including product managers and business analysts, to understand business requirements.
• Design comprehensive and scalable technology solutions that align with the bank\'s strategic goals.
• Create architectural diagrams, documentation, and technical specifications.
• Undertake solution design throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that technology solutions adhere to banking industry regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
• Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and recommend adjustments to technology solutions as needed.
• Working with UI/UX teams to translate wire-frames and comps into interactive HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive financial data and customer information.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate technology-related risks.
• Design integration solutions for various banking systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility with third-party services and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integration strategies.
• Develop strategies to ensure the scalability and high performance of banking systems.
• Monitor system performance and conduct optimizations as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minumum 5 years experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in designing complex, enterprise-level solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Familiarity with various programming languages and technologies.
