Beverage Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Beverage Manager to oversee the beverage operations for our client, a leading hotel chain in Dubai. As the Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bar and beverage service areas, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring a high level of customer service, and developing and implementing new beverage programs.

- Develop and maintain beverage menus that are creative, profitable and meet customer preferences
- Manage all aspects of the bar and beverage service areas, including staff management, training and scheduling
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest quality and consistency
- Oversee and manage inventory levels of beverage supplies, and place orders as needed
- Monitor the performance of the bar and beverage service areas, and make adjustments as needed to ensure profitability
- Develop and implement new beverage programs and promotions to increase sales and revenue
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, and handle any customer complaints or issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, and maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the bar and beverage service areas
- Manage the budget for the beverage department, and ensure that expenses are within budgetary guidelines
- Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Beverage Manager in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Russian speaker preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and mixology
- Understanding of inventory management and ordering processes
- Ability to develop and implement new beverage programs and promotions
