Set up machinery for operation.
Start machinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance.
Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions.
Involve in troubleshoot issues and machine maintenance and to keep updated maintenance record.
Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor.
Keep record and update for raw materials, semi-finished goods and job orders.
Make sure system stock is in line with actual stocks and record any differences with bill of material and report to production engineer.
Recommends process improvement, shares idea and communicate with management for suggestions.
Identify and create non conformity/scrap report for rejected materials.
Conducts quality control checks.
Comply with all safety and health regulations.
Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area.
Follow the manufacturer operation manuals and the best practice in the industry.
To maintain machine tools in a proper way and to report defective/consumed parts.
