Job Overview:
The Bellman / Valet Parking Attendant will play a key role in providing a warm welcome to guests, ensuring their luggage is handled with care, and offering valet parking services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading, unloading, and delivering to guest rooms.
- Provide valet parking services, ensuring vehicles are handled with utmost care and parked/retrieved promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and driveway areas.
- Offer information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs of parked and retrieved vehicles.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Proven experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to drive and park a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to handle luggage of various sizes and weights.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
