Guest assistance and hospitality
Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
Greet guests professionally and escort them to their rooms.
Explain room amenities and how to use hotel facilities like the air conditioning, TV, and telephone.
Provide guests with information about the hotel and local attractions.
Deliveries and errands
Deliver newspapers, messages and packages to guest rooms.
Run errands for guests both on and off hotel property.
Assist with valet parking and handling car keys securely if needed.
Maintenance and organization
Maintain a clean and organized bell desk and lobby area.
Report any maintenance issues in guest rooms to the relevant department.
Ensure the cleanliness of company vehicles, such as vans.
Other duties
Coordinate with other hotel departments, like the front desk and concierge, to ensure seamless service.
Manage short-term baggage storage.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
