Job Description
We are seeking a service-oriented
Bellman
to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will assist guests with luggage, provide information about facilities, and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional manner Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their apartments Provide information about services and amenities Coordinate with front desk. Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and courteously
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage Good communication and customer service skills Physically fit and able to handle luggage Well-groomed with a positive attitude Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Basic English skills required (additional languages are a plus)
