Position Overview
The Bellman role at Atlantis The Royal Dubai is a guest-facing position within the Front Services team, focused on delivering seamless arrival, departure, and in-house experiences. This role plays a vital part in creating memorable first impressions and promoting the luxury offerings of one of Dubai's most iconic resort destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional luggage handling, storage, and delivery services for hotel guests
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with arrivals, departures, and porte cochere operations
  • Escort guests to rooms and provide in-room orientation and property information
  • Offer directions, resort guidance, and local information as required
  • Promote hotel facilities, experiences, and services proactively
  • Ensure all guest requests are handled accurately, promptly, and courteously
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, and Transportation teams
  • Maintain a highly visible, professional front-of-house presence at all times
Ideal Profile
  • Previous experience in a five-star hotel or luxury resort environment preferred
  • Alternatively, background in Front Office, Guest Relations, Club Lounge, or similar roles
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic personality
  • Immaculate personal presentation and grooming standards
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage
  • High level of physical fitness suitable for an active role
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced luxury environment
