Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated room Load and unload luggage onto carts and transport them to and from guest rooms Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures Provide guests with information about the hotel services and amenities Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner Assist guests with luggage storage and retrieval Assist guests with transportation needs and provide directions to local attractions Ensure the lobby and other public areas are clean and organized
Requirements:

Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry preferred Able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects Outstanding customer service skills Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Monthly Salary and Benefits:

AED 1,800 - AED 2000 (all-inclusive)
