Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to create exceptional first and lasting impressions for our guests. As a Bellman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive warm, attentive service from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor upon their arrival
Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out processes
Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel amenities and services
Offer knowledgeable recommendations about local attractions, dining options, and transportation in Dubai
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring luggage carts are always available and in good condition
Assist with valet parking services when required
Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, services, and current events to address guest questions accurately
Assist with special requests or errands to enhance guest satisfaction
Ensure proper tagging and secure storage of guest luggage
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall hotel operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,150.00 per month
