to join our Front Office team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Bellman plays a vital role in creating a warm and memorable welcome while ensuring smooth assistance with luggage and guest needs.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and a warm smile.
Assist with luggage handling, delivery, and storage.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and amenities.
Provide directions, local information, and assist with guest requests.
Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge to ensure seamless guest service.
Maintain the lobby area neat and welcoming at all times.
Uphold hotel service standards and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer-service oriented attitude.
Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
