About the Role

Moonlight Hospitality and Hotel Operation Management is seeking a professional and customer-focused

Bellman

to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate must have at least

1 year of experience

, preferably in a hotel environment, with a strong commitment to guest service and hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling. Escort guests to their rooms, provide hotel information, and ensure their needs are met. Assist guests with transportation arrangements, directions, and general inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance areas, and luggage storage. Deliver messages, packages, and other guest items promptly and professionally. Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out experiences. Offer assistance to guests with special needs and provide exceptional service at all times. Ensure adherence to safety and security procedures, including careful handling of guest belongings.

Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience as a Bellman

or in a similar hospitality role (hotel experience preferred). Strong customer service and communication skills. Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor. Ability to lift and carry luggage safely. Knowledge of local attractions, transportation options, and hotel services is an advantage. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
