About The Role

As a Bellman you will perform the daily activities primarily tasked in providing all Atlantis The Royal Residences tenants with highly efficient and detail luggage service, directions, greeting, property information and porte cochere assistance. The Bellman with ensure all tasks and luggage needs are delivered or collected and stored accurately and promptly in every interaction. Though skillfully trained, your job will be to blow away tour residents and be pro-active in promoting hotel experiences and offerings. The Bellman is responsible for creating thrilling guest experiences and acts as an invaluable ambassador of Atlantis, The Royal.

About You

It is essential that you have previous experience within a five-star hotel or luxury residence environment or alternatively, prior work history in Front Office, Guest Relations, Club Lounge, or similar guest service environment. Immaculate personal grooming, enthusiasm and a higher than average physical fitness level are essential in this role along with a fluency in English. Additional languages are desirable.
