About the Role



As a Bellman, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering warm, professional, and efficient service throughout their stay.



Key Responsibilities



Provide a welcoming and engaging service to guests during arrival, stay, and departure in line with Shangri-La standards.

Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading/unloading from vehicles and delivering to rooms, while explaining room facilities.

Confirm the number of luggage pieces with guests to ensure accurate tagging and timely delivery or pickup.

Report any damage observed on luggage immediately and ensure luggage is never left unattended.

Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby area by promptly reporting any housekeeping or engineering issues to the relevant department.



About You



Minimum of 1 year's experience in a 5-star or international hotel in a similar role.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Able to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.

Possesses a pleasant, cheerful personality with strong guest service skills.

Flexible and adaptable to meet hotel operational requirements.
