Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and amenities.
Provide directions and information about the hotel and local attractions.
Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently.
Maintain the lobby area in a clean and orderly condition.
Coordinate with front office and housekeeping to ensure smooth guest service.
Requirements:
Good command of
English
; additional languages such as
Arabic or Russian
are a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is an advantage.
Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry luggage and work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
