Job Description
We are seeking a courteous and energetic
Bellboy / Bellhop
to provide excellent guest service by assisting with luggage and guiding guests to their rooms. The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and departure warmly and professionally Assist guests with carrying luggage to and from rooms Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities Ensure luggage is delivered safely and promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell area Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for smooth guest service Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries Assist with transportation and valet services as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor Ability to carry heavy luggage and stand for long periods Good communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
