Greet guests warmly and assist with the luggage with a professional manner
Escort guests to the room and explain room features, including staywell features, hotel amenities and services
Ensure lobby, main entrance and reception area are cleaned and organized up to the standard
Assist the guests for transportation purposes (assisting taxis, limousines and valet services)
Assist the room change procedure and handle the luggage store area
Deliver the guests' parcels, luggage and orders if required
Always coordinate with front desk and housekeeping department for guest satisfaction
Follow safety and security guidelines as priority
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum High School Graduate
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality fields
Knowledge of local attractions and events
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Appropriate physical ability to lift and carry the luggage
Good health condition for standing and walking to assist the guests
Basic knowledge of local area (attractions, transportation and restaurants)
Flexible working hours and shifts during the weekends and public holidays
