Job Description
The Bell Boy is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests, assisting them with luggage handling, escorting them to their rooms, and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure. Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal items safely and efficiently. Escort guests to their assigned rooms and explain hotel facilities, services, and amenities. Deliver messages, parcels, or other items to guest rooms as requested. Arrange for taxis, transportation, or other concierge services when required. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, luggage storage area, and bell desk. Coordinate with housekeeping and front office to ensure guest needs are met. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit to handle luggage and stand for long periods. Basic English communication skills (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).

Pay: From AED1,200.00 per month
