We are seeking a polite, energetic, and service-oriented
Bellboy
to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will assist guests with their luggage, guide them to their rooms, and ensure a pleasant and welcoming experience throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests courteously upon arrival and assist with luggage.
Escort guests to their rooms, explain room facilities, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Deliver messages, parcels, or room service items as needed.
Assist guests with directions and information about the property and surrounding areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage areas.
Report any guest complaints or maintenance issues promptly to the supervisor.
Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Bellboy or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to handle luggage and stand for long periods.
Polite, professional, and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of English (and other languages is a plus).
