Bellboy / Driver
Job Summary:
The Bellboy/Driver, often part of the Bell Service or Porter team, is responsible for providing a warm welcome and efficient luggage service for arriving and departing guests. They also offer valet services or local transportation, playing a key role in the guest's initial and final impressions of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival at the hotel and assist with unloading luggage from vehicles.
• Escort guests to their rooms, carrying their luggage and explaining room features and hotel amenities.
• Provide information about the hotel's services, facilities, and operating hours.
• Assist departing guests by transporting their luggage from their room to the lobby or vehicle.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles as part of valet service (if applicable).
• Provide local transportation for guests using a hotel vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws.
• Deliver items to guest rooms, such as mail, packages, or room service orders.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, lobby entrance, and hotel vehicles.
• Perform other related duties as requested, such as running errands for the front office.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent physical condition, able to lift heavy luggage and stand for long periods.
• Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented personality.
• Good knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns.
• Professional appearance and neat uniform.
