Join our team as a Bellboy at our prestigious hotel in Doha, Qatar! We're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional service to our guests and contribute to their memorable stay.
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and directions
Transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring proper handling and care
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in Doha
Assist with guest requests, such as arranging transportation or making reservations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage areas
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Handle special requests and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Assist with parking services when required
Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security protocols
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Doha's attractions, restaurants, and local services
Proactive approach to anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues
Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and communication
