Job Description
Receives guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure.
Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Greets guests upon arrival offering assistance at all times.
Maintains an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services supplying information and responding to guest queries.
Deals promptly, efficiently and pleasantly with incoming calls.Handles all messages, mail and packages for guests and staff ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner.
Delivers morning newspapers to rooms.
Delivers guest messages and other deliveries immediately without delay in a professional manner.

Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
