What you\'ll do

You\'ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and bring the Company Philosophy \xe2\x80\x9cWe Care\xe2\x80\x9d to life ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will support in absence of the Concierge team with guests who need assistance or information and you will attend to their wishes and requirements outside hotels.
• You will support and supervise the bellmen and doormen and drivers to make sure the guest experience is flawless.
• You will own the logistics around the arrival and departure of guest luggage and transportation requests.
• You will direct a team of valet associates to deliver rapid, exceptional service to hospitality guests daily.
• You will maintain the flow of guest traffic and direct guests within the hotel.

What you\'ll bring

• You\'ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
• You have a customer service drive with exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• You are efficient at problem-solving and handling multiple tasks.
• You are focused on maintaining good relationships with guests.
• You have various knowledge of informatic tools and systems.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service and business ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• Having a similar experience as a Senior Luggage porter is an advantage.
