About You
The Bell Captain, Front Services must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and a willingness to learn more about management and leading a team. You will assist the AM and Manager train all technical skills and service delivery to an international 5-star standard, and oversee service providers utilization, health and safety as customer satisfaction standards and assist manage the Front Door, Bell Services, and Transportation daily operations.
It is essential that you are above average front service provider and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in front services as a team leader in a luxury hotel or resort environment. Strong interpersonal skills and very clear and concise communication skills are required, as is the ability to find solutions and think positively.
