Greet guests politely upon arrival and departure
Assist guests with carrying luggage to and from rooms
Escort guests to rooms and explain room features (AC, lights, Wi-Fi, etc.)
Deliver guest requests such as parcels, messages, or amenities
Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and luggage storage areas
Coordinate with front desk and concierge staff
Handle guest inquiries and provide basic hotel information
Ensure guest belongings are handled carefully and securely
Follow hotel safety and service standards at all times
Friendly, polite, and professional attitude
Good communication skills (basic English often required)
Physically fit to lift and carry luggage
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Basic knowledge of hotel services and local area
Team-oriented and customer-focused
High school education preferred
Prior hotel experience is an advantage
