Key Responsibilities
:
Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) for beauty professionals, staff, and clients on product usage, skincare, makeup techniques, and other beauty treatments.
Develop and implement training programs and materials (manuals, presentations, videos, etc.).
Stay updated with the latest beauty industry trends, products, and techniques to ensure training is current and relevant.
Provide hands-on demonstrations of beauty products and treatments during training sessions.
Collaborate with the sales team to support the launch of new products by training teams and clients.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and communicate their benefits to trainees.
Travel to various training locations or customer sites as needed.
Requirements
:
Proven experience as a beauty educator, trainer, or in a related role within the beauty industry.
Certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or a related beauty field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop engaging training content and materials.
Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty treatments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required for training events.
