Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application and styling. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional and welcoming environment, providing customised eyelash treatments that boost clients' confidence and satisfaction. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics. All positions are paid, including internships, ensuring a rewarding experience from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform top-tier eyelash extension services (classic, hybrid, volume), lash lifts, tints and removal procedures. Consult with clients: assess natural lashes, recommend styles (length, curl, thickness), design custom lash looks. Create custom lash designs, keeping up with current trends including advanced techniques. Clean, sanitise and maintain tools, equipment and workstations to meet hygiene & safety standards. Advise clients on lash after-care and maintenance to ensure long-lasting results. Assist with inventory and ordering of lash supplies where required. Maintain accurate client records, appointment logs and a portfolio of work. We are currently hiring eyelash technicians. Preference will be given to applicants from

, who are highly skilled in Russian-style eyelash extensions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an eyelash technician / lash specialist (or equivalent). Proficiency in various lash techniques: classic, hybrid, volume extensions, lifts, tints, removals.

Strong knowledge of the Russian technique is a must

(i.e., multi-lash fans per natural lash, ultra-fine lashes, advanced volume application). Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity and an artistic eye. Excellent client communication, friendly and professional demeanour. Strong knowledge of hygiene, sterilisation standards and safe handling of adhesives/tools. Valid certification/licence in lash technology or cosmetology (or relevant local certification) preferred. Available to start immediately.
