Job Description

A. Purpose and Scope

To be responsible for service delivery, in house revenue generation and optimal productivity in Ayurvedic services under the general guidance and supervision of the Doctor & Center Head. To focus on Ayurvedic treatments and services as per hygiene, safety, SOPs whilst leading to excellent service delivery and quality executions.

B. Responsibilities and Duties

To ensure service excellence as per VLCC Protocol To achieve slimming results via the highest standards of excellence maintaining customer satisfaction as the core. To ensure compliance in all SOPs & corporate policies related to Massage & Beauty Services Ensure Zero Session for all new clients are completed on time as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). To ensure all beauty & Massage programs are executed within their respective validity periods. To resolve escalated client issues and proactively target and reduce possibility of causes of complaints by Customer To maintain hygiene and grooming of staff, cleanliness calibration & upkeep of appliances and the Beauty & massage Section. Ensure accuracy of all relevant financial and operational data that is maintained / reported. Record detailed personal and family medical history including chief complaints in chronological order with detailed symptoms of disease if any through completion of the Medical Assessment. The history of obesity related diseases is to be elicited and any contra-indication to the VLCC program, to be intimated to the Slimming In-Charge. Every new beauty & massage client is to be medically examined. To rule out any disease, disabilities he/ she may be suffering. The drugs or the medicine he/she is taking. Any ailment or any surgical or medical procedure he/she had in the recent past. Advise clients to complete appropriate routine investigative tests as needed through their family physician. Inform each client's family physician about the VLCC Wellness Program and share their
progress on a regular basis. Follow up with them with respect to need for investigations and reviews of medications for further course of action. Brief the Slimming In-Charge/ATH on the same.

Review all beauty & massage clients every month and help the counsellor/Slimming In-Charge with the medical assessment of plateau cases. Take an active part in Group counselling. Reinforce to clients the diet modifications suggested by Dietician. Actively participate in the events organised to promote VLCC. Maintain rapport with practicing doctors in the area. Send all medical reports of concerned clients to Corporate. Complete appropriate documentation with signature after the initial medical examination and each follow up. Ensure that the client program record of the clients is properly maintained, and consent has been taken. Participate/support in organizing events within and outside the centre. To achieve PMS target on monthly basis sales target equivalent to 4 times of salary and Execution target equivalent to 50000 AED per month. The targets are subject to change as per business requirement with prior intimation to employee.

C. Job Specifications

1. Qualification, Knowledge, Experience

a) Academic Qualification & Professional Qualification in relevant field.

b) Experience (minimum preferred)

Total 3+ years of experience required.

2. Technical Requirements

Expertise in related filed of physiotherapy. Good in hands-on services. English Proficiency is mandatory. Excellent Grooming.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
