Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other skincare or body treatments.
Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards according to health regulations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Promote and sell beauty products and services to clients.
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
Handle client appointments, records, and follow-ups professionally.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role.
Certification or diploma in beauty therapy or cosmetology.
Knowledge of various beauty treatments and products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
Ability to work in a team and manage time efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with advanced treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, chemical peels, aromatherapy).
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in beauty therapy.
