Key Responsibilities
Provide a comprehensive range of beauty treatments, including but not limited to facials, body treatments, waxing, and others.
Conduct professional client consultations and skin assessments; recommend individualized treatments and skincare regimens.
Maintain strict hygiene and infection-control standards across treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
Keep accurate client records, treatment documentation, and follow-up plans
Build and maintain strong client relationships; provide high levels of customer service and resolve feedback with professionalism.
Promote and upsell beauty services and products in an ethical and client-focused manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid
DHA license as a Beauty Therapist
Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Minimum of
5+ years of hands-on experience
in beauty and aesthetic treatments.
Skilled in facials, Dermapen, and other advanced treatments.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
