Job Description
Capabilities of the right candidate include passionate about selling beauty skin care products, able to demonstrate treatments plan and engaged in detailed discussions about wellness and beauty care. In addition, we expect a class A Beauty sales representative who will contribute to the growth of the Clinic, our clients and partners. Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics.
- Perform demo of our products, skincare treatment, nails treatment.
- Extensive knowledge about the products you will be selling to educate customers about our products range.
- Completing order forms online with clients cross selling and submitting them for processing.
- Initiate product replenishment according to inventory by regularly visiting the clients.
- A minimum of 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in beauty therapist in Dubai.
- Fluent in Arabic, excellent verbal communication, including active listening, for learning about clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and explaining treatment options.
- Be distinguished by a clean and organized appearance.
- Guess relation: address clients need in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
- Maintenance of good inventory by keeping regularly inform the commercial manager on the stock level.
- Work closely with the commercial manager, regularly update clients\xe2\x80\x99 visits.
- Be understanding and caring by making your customers feel comfortable.
- Knowledge of strict hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Be commercial by providing customer advice on benefits and composition of the products.
- Knowledge of equipment and procedures to carry out the procedures.
- Knowledge of human anatomy; circulatory system and skin of clients, and advice according to customer needs.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Beautician: 1 year (Required)
- Microblading: 1 year (Required)
- ARABIC (Required)
- DHA LICENSE (Required)
