is responsible for delivering a range of high-quality beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, tinting, lash treatments, and slimming and body contouring treatments, while ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role includes maintaining hygiene and safety standards, staying up to date on industry trends, promoting retail sales, and contributing to the overall success of the spa/salon. The therapist is expected to demonstrate professionalism & work well within a team. Adheres to all company policies and SOP's.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Beauty Treatments & Services
Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, tinting, lash treatments, and body treatments.
Provide slimming and body contouring treatments, such as lymphatic drainage, radiofrequency skin tightening, cavitation, body wraps, and cellulite reduction therapies.
Conduct thorough client consultations to recommend suitable treatments based on skin and body concerns.
Provide expert skincare and body care advice tailored to individual client needs.
Ensure all treatments meet the spa/salon's quality standards.
2. Hygiene & Safety Compliance
Maintain the highest level of sanitation for all tools, treatment areas, and equipment.
Follow local health and safety regulations and spa policies.
Properly clean and store equipment, tools, and treatment products.
3. Client Care & Experience
Greet clients warmly and create a professional, welcoming environment.
Ensure clients feel comfortable and relaxed during treatments.
Address and resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all 3mes.
4. Retail & Upselling
Educate clients on skincare and body care products and their long-term benefits.
Actively promote slimming treatments, beauty treatments, special promotions, and retail products.
Work toward achieving personal and team retail sales targets.
5. Teamwork & Professional Development
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth salon/spa operations.
Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and techniques.
Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
Maintain a positive and supportive attitude in the workplace.
6. Housekeeping & Maintenance
Ensure treatment rooms and workstations are always clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
Report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management.
Follow salon/spa opening and closing procedures as required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Certificate in Beauty Therapy.
Appropriate training on different skin care brands.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as Beauty Therapist.
