to join our clinic/spa team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty, skincare, and wellness treatments in accordance with healthcare and safety standards set by the Department of Health (DOH)/Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD). The therapist should be knowledgeable, customer-focused, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of beauty and skincare treatments, including facials, body treatments, waxing, threading, and other approved cosmetic procedures.
Provide advanced skincare services such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair reduction (if licensed/authorized), and other non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatment plans and home-care products to clients.
Ensure all procedures are performed following DOH/HAAD regulations, infection control standards, and clinic protocols.
Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and consent forms.
Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before each session; ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization at all times.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and product usage.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and DOH/HAAD requirements.
Assist with sales of skincare products and promotional offers.
Collaborate with the medical and administrative team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid
DOH/HAAD Beauty Therapist License
(mandatory).
Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a clinic, wellness center, medical spa, or beauty salon.
Knowledge of skincare treatments, dermatological products, and aesthetic equipment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team-focused environment.
Ability to adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
Additional laser technician training/certification (preferred but not mandatory, depending on clinic requirements).
