EXPERIENCE: * Educator experience within the Beauty industry for at least 5 years
Must have employment experience working in the UAE
SKILLS & TRAITS: * Fluent and confident in English command
Flexible and able to work in a demanding environment
Confident in knowledge of Beauty Therapy & Skin Care
Calm, nurturing and caring demeanor
Strong knowledge of global beauty industry standards, trends, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, embracing cultural diversity.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse international learning styles.

Develop and implement new training plans and material that are aligned with global trends
Deliver professional, relevant training and trainee assistance
Record keeping & data management
Perform assessments and maintain brand integrity and standards
