Beauty Store Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Beauty Store Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily staff activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, and support team development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, and reporting.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Report regularly to management on team performance and operational challenges.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and lead a team effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic knowledge will be an advantage.
- Must be currently based in Qatar with valid QID (transferable visa preferred).
