Oversee daily front-desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client reception, and payments.
Manage staff schedules, attendance
Maintain accurate records of inventory, product orders
Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports for management.
Coordinate marketing efforts including social media updates and promotional campaigns.
Train new administrative or support staff and ensure proper onboarding procedures.
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Keeps a safe and clean salon area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
