Beauty Consultant
. We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused professional with proven experience in delivering personalized beauty and skincare consultations within a pharmacy or healthcare retail environment.Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance to customers on skincare, cosmetics, and beauty-related products tailored to individual needs and concerns. Demonstrate and recommend appropriate products while ensuring a high standard of customer care and satisfaction. Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the beauty and skincare section, ensuring it aligns with brand and company standards. Stay updated on current beauty trends, product innovations, and brand knowledge to provide up-to-date consultations. Actively participate in promotional activities, brand campaigns, and product launches. Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance.
Candidate Requirements:
A
minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
within aUAE-based pharmacy or healthcare retail environment
. Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills. Professional appearance and in-depth knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products. Customer-centric attitude with the ability to build lasting relationships. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
