Beauty And Laser Trainer (arabic)
Job Description
We are looking for Beauty Therapy & Laser Trainer who can work with our Aesthetic clinic and train our current and new joiners.
Requirements :
Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinic staff on various facial treatments, including classic facials, anti-aging, acne treatments, chemical peels, hydrating facials, and more.
- Educate team members on the proper use of clinic equipment.
- Provide ongoing education on new skincare products, industry trends, and advanced techniques.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions to ensure all estheticians are skilled and confident in performing facial & laser services.
- Evaluate the performance of clinic staff and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and service delivery.
- Teach staff how to perform client consultations, analyze skin conditions, and recommend appropriate facial treatments based on skin type and concerns.
- Train team members on product knowledge, including active ingredients and their benefits for different skin types.
- Provide guidance on upselling clinic treatments and skincare products.
ARABIC AND ENGLISH IS A MUST
