Job Summary:

The Beauty Advisor Specialist provides expert advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance products while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and promoting the brand image through personalized service and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Consultation

Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly attitude. Conduct personalized consultations to recommend suitable products. Educate customers on product features, application techniques, and benefits.

Sales & Targets

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Upsell and cross-sell complementary products. Maintain awareness of promotions, loyalty programs, and sales events.

Product Knowledge & Training

Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and product innovations. Attend brand training sessions and share insights with team members. Provide feedback on customer preferences and new product ideas.

Merchandising & Store Maintenance

Ensure shelves and displays are clean, stocked, and visually appealing. Follow brand guidelines for product placement and promotional displays. Handle stock replenishment and inventory checks.

Operational & Compliance Duties

Process transactions accurately using POS systems. Comply with hygiene, safety, and store policies. Report customer feedback or product issues to management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in beauty retail or cosmetics sales. Strong product knowledge in skincare, makeup, or fragrance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

Certification or training in cosmetology or makeup artistry. Multilingual Familiarity with luxury brands and customer relationship management.
