Position Overview
Beauty Advisor - Dubai, UAE will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, recommending beauty products, and supporting store operations. The role requires strong product knowledge, effective selling techniques, and maintaining store presentation standards to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Recommend appropriate products and explain features, advantages, and benefits to customers
• Assist customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing beauty products according to preferences
• Apply upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales value
• Monitor stock availability and safeguard merchandise against loss or damage
• Track product shelf life and update reports as required
• Ensure product displays are replenished with accurate price tags and labeling
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas while meeting customer service standards
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally within scope of control
• Support store promotions by setting up displays and marketing materials
• Monitor price changes and update in-store labels weekly
• Comply with company grooming, attendance, and conduct policies

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma required; degree preferred but not essential
• 2-4 years of experience in retail, ideally in beauty or fashion sectors
• Strong knowledge of beauty and fashion industry trends
• Skilled in sales, customer service, and retail operations (stock, VM, POS systems)
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused, proactive, and a strong team player with integrity
